Smocked tube neck warmer - long

This long neck tube brings up associations with the 80s, when many children went around with neck tubes. The tube can be used both as a scarf that can be pulled up over the chin and can even cover the mouth and nose if it is very cold. It can also fold in half and be used as a cap. The smocking pattern gives with use, so it can seem a bit tight in the beginning, but it will expand with use.
