Dress Place de Bleu

Beautiful figure-fitted cotton dress with puff sleeves and colored details that is perfect for parties throughout the year. It has a circular skirt that swings up horizontally when the child spins around and a belt that ties in the back so that the dress sits nicely at the waist. In the winter it can be worn with a long-sleeved T-shirt and in the summer with bare arms.
