Mormor.nu ltd. accepts payment made by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX. Payments will be debited your account, when the item is ready for shipping.
All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) unless other currency is selected. All items are priced incl. VAT. If the customer is living in a country outside the EU, we will deduct the VAT before payment. When importing to countries outside of the EU customs clearing and VAT is for the customer to declare
Mormor.nu Ltd. uses an approved payment server, which encrypts your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This means your information can not be read.
Delivery of physical goods
Mormor.nu Ltd. delivers within 1-3 days. During public holidays the delivery time may be longer. All orders are shipped by GLS within Denmark and with UPS to other countries. Postage is 39 DKK to Denmark, 125 DKK to Europe and 200 DKK to the rest of the world.
Delivery of digital products
Knitting patterns are delivered as links to a PDF file immediately after purchase. The link is only active for 3 downloads. Please remember to save the file. We recommend downloading the file to a computer as not all mobile phones and iPads is able to download and save the file.
All rights to the knitting pattern are reserved Mormor.nu Aps. The knitting patterns may not be copied or used for commercial purposes.
We aim at making our patterns as readable as possible, e.g. with clear drawings and use of consistent terminology. If you discover a mistake in a pattern or have clarifying questions please contact us on our website www.mormor.nu, and we will do our best to help you.
Right of cancellation of physical items
A 14 days cooling-off period applies to all physical items bought in our web shop. The cooling-off period starts upon receiving the goods.
Cost of returning the physical items are upon the customer.
Cancellation of the order has to be made to us no later than 14 days after the sale. Return of the goods has to take place no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the order. Please use our return form available HERE when returning goods.
Condition of returned goods
The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that results from handling of the goods in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means you are able to try out the goods the same way as if you were trying them out in an actual physical shop.
If the goods are tried out beyond what is described above, we consider them as used meaning a cancellation of the order will only result in a part or no repayment of the original price, depending on the commercial value of the goods.
I.e. to be entitled to a full repayment of the sales prices you can only treat the item as if you were in a physical shop. You can try out the goods, but not actual use them.
Cooling-off period for digital products
There are no cooling-off period for digital products When you accept our terms of sale before payment you agree to this at the same time.
A two year implied warranty applies in accordance with the sale of goods act. Our implied warranty is applicable only for faulty material and/or manufacturing.
The warranty does not apply to defects or damages caused by incorrect use of the product/service.
In case of just warranty we will send a return label for a free return of the product. The items are returned to:

The personal information is registered at Mormor.nu and kept for 5 years, after which it is deleted. We register your personal information in order for us to be able to deliver the goods to you. All employees handling the web shop have access to this information. No personal data is registered.
If you have set up a login with us your personal information as well as order history will not be deleted unless you request this.
The information will not be passed on or sold to third parties, unless this is in connection with a restructure or a sale, partly or in full, of the company. Any disclosure in this situation will happen in accordance with the relevant applicable personal data protection act. As a registered customer at Mormor.nu you always have the right to object to the registering, and you will have the access to the information held on you.
